Interesting. Around here the Element was driven by 20s dudes. The middle aged women around here seemed to go for the Cube or xB.

Producing the Avista is just about the only thing that would make me stop thinking Buicks are only for old people.
And Blackjack! And hookers!
No, because the dog would be a chihuahua and too small/light to shift the car.
If this was true, cop cars would be blowing up engines all the time. A properly designed and maintained car can idle through an entire tank of gas without issue.
I don’t see it as that simple. Sure, the “autopilot” is mostly a lanekeeping system, but could that system exist without an autobraking or radar cruise system? I don’t think so, not very practical to have a “autopilot” system that crashes into every object in front of it because it can’t control speed or stop the car.
Autopilot/Autobrake might have seen that!
He hit 23' from the end of the trailer, so almost right in the middle since most are 53'
People said the Cadillac styling starting with the 03 CTS was too angular/creased, but the new Prius takes it to a whole new level of crazy. Holy shit is that thing ugly!
Remanufacturing old, out of production models would be a logistical nightmare for body and interior parts and it would Rob sales of the current higher margin models.
Car loans took off again in early 2013. My wife works in that department at a large regional bank and they have been working overtime consistently since then due to volume.
Gm assembles the spark, sonic and cruze in the US. Ford either is or has moved fiesta and focus production to Mexico last I heard.
I know a couple folks that work in the insurance and risk management industry and they had told me in the past most companies quote a little low to get you over as a customer then gently raise your rates. They also have ways of assessing how likely you are to leave. If you are unlikely to leave, they also charge…
Usually your state DMV. Some states the registration data is public record.
You may want to quote other companies. I added the mech breakdown coverage to my Geico policy and they slowly jacked up my overall rate (not the breakdown) over the next three policy renewals by over $325 a year. No claims ever, no other changes, no more incidents in my area, and my record is completely clean.
I recall seeing on reddit that someone also replied fuck you to a robo-text and it removed them and never texted again!
The USPS is actually turning a profit operationally, congress passed legislation requiring they prepay all their potential pension/healthcare costs. They are having to throw huge sums of money at it which makes it look like they are losing money, but it’s more of an accounting change than actual losses.
Why any company still uses press in bearings when you can easily put a bearing assembly with 3 bolts is beyond me. It’s not like one significantly outlasts the other. Even if press in ones did last a bit longer, I’d still take the assembly. They make bearing replacement just about as easy as doing brakes!
You’re 141 years late to USPS’s 100th anniversary party. Perhaps the 250th anniversary would interest you (in 2025)
Maybe the wiper motor being spun generates a bit of voltage/current, which feeds into the control unit and inadvertently triggers the door locks? If the alarm can be triggered, it’s not “officially” unlocking them since the alarm stays active.
