Man, I really look forward to reading this article in two months at my dentists office.

The upholstery isn’t that hot if you pause to take a look.

One of my best friends started a business called “Club Vintage” where he worked on/restored/maintained primarily older BMWs - 2002s, e21s, e28s, e30s, etc.

I’m pretty handy, and I can pretty much do anything I really research enough, but upholstery is next level hard. I tried some simple stuff, starting with making some bags and some foot stool covers, etc. I tried a seat cover for my jeep 3 times and have concluded it’s actually impossible and upholsterers are wizards.

First Amendment rights refer only to government sanctions, not to consequences enacted by non-governmental bodies; and she did not work for the government.

IU Health is a private nonprofit hospital system in a right-to-work state, so they can fire her for whatever reason they might choose (which is one of the frustrating things about the First Amendment).

Now that she has made these comments imagine the legal liability this hospital would be facing if she abused a patient or committed an act of malpractice against a white patient. That’s why she had to go.

People were too busy shouting “YAAAASSSS QWEEN” and calling people Bernie Bros to realize that an astonishing number of people who don’t live in NYC or California hate Hillary the way most people hate fire ants.

Damn can’t believe they’re violating her 1st Amendment rights like that.

But they did hundreds of 0-60 sprints on the prototype after the unveil.

Y’know what also has thermal issues after just 20 minutes on track? Nearly every ICE car you can buy. Brakes get hot and fade, brake fluid boils, engine bays become heat sinks, power drops, response dulls, gearbox heat wears soft synchros, and so forth...

Couldn’t these guys just stuffed a gopro in the ditch and stood back to enjoy the action? Or, for us #millenials, you can prop your #iphone up with a small tripod for a few fractions of #bitcoin for #sickAF shot and get some #followers.

The had the same prototype doing acceleration runs for all comers during the reveal, back to back to back. Some estimated that it was in the 50+ range. All without charging or cool down.

The hand-built upgraded packs for the original Roadster they already sell do 330. Not impossible.

The battery pack is double the size. The new roadster has (or will have) a 200 kWh battery. Plus, they’re not going to be quoting range at max speed/performance, but at highway cruising speeds of probably 60-70 mph.

It has a 200kWh battery. The P100D has a 100kWh battery. Add to that the fact that the Roadster is probably built to be lighter (excluding batteries) and more aerodynamic, I can see how the range is almost doubled.

Yes, and here is some meaningful dialogue for the sheriff:

I know right? Who wants all that power and proven reliability in an exotic? If it isn’t always in the shop, you didn’t pay enough for it.

The EcoBoost engine is probably lightweight and 400 HP is more than enough for this thing to haul ass, as the 0-60 time implies. This isn’t “cost cutting”, it’s a smart engineering decision.

If a sticker like this can be “disorderly conduct,” then truck nutz definitely also are.
