I did use it a handful of times for the Journey community. People would post screenshots or messages in appreciation of a good trip up the mountain, which was kinda nice.

This is the only problem I’ve had with the game. Im really enjoying it so far, but I tend to like to keep a handle on the camera at all times, so I end up using the claw, which, while doable, is uncomfortable.

I am over 12 hours away, and my sadness is immeasurable. 

Eeveryone keeps calling it a remaster but it FEELS more like a remake to me, too.

Big question. If I had to narrow it down, it would probably be between Metal Gear Solid 3 and Journey.

I’ve very nearly fallen prey to getting a truck stuck down there. When it rains, it’s damn near impossible to gain traction and drive out sometimes. Im not very good with goodbyes but I'll miss you as I'm sure many here will. 

I think the controversy with kojima and konami kinda fueled the curiosity and gave it more attention from people not familiar with kojima. Personally, I love pretty much all of his work(death stranding  included), but he’s a very love it/hate it kind of guy.

I think that’s partially because of time investment. You can try a new song or movie and only lose a few hours if by chance you HATED it, whereas you would lose 30- 50(?) hours if you hate a game like death stranding. With so much killer media to consume these days, it can feel impossible to keep up with everything…

On top of that, the videos tell you not to confront them because in some states, it's a legal liability.

I know! It’s kind of disappointing. I had always dreamed of going too, but now I’m pretty sure that’s never going to happen.

There’s a channel on YouTube called the black experience japan that you might find interesting and informative. It’s all about black tourist’s and black expatriate’s experiences in japan.

Just came here to say that I love you for fondly remembering BOTH Snowboard kids AND Rikki-Tikki-Tavi. Most people have no idea what I’m talking about when I mention either.

Kingdom Hearts 1,2, Chain of memories, Birth by Sleep, Dream Drop Distance, 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue , and the movie from 2.8 are probably the most essential parts for a moderate understanding. The few remaining games add bits that I don’t think are going to be quite as important.

Bruce Campbell would be freaking awesome, but yea, I would still be down with Lang.

The assumption is that parts of Canada are likely the most similar to the life we already know (less adjustment to lifestyle). Also, compared to our current government, Canada looks pretty chill.

To top it all off, Im getting married February 22nd next year, too.

Fiance of a semi-vegitarian here. She cites texture as one of her concerns as well. It’s the bounce back in her mouth that freaks her out. She loves bacon when its extra crispy though. No bounce.
