Phasma doesn’t even compare to Fett unfortunately. Fett as a character was destroyed by his portrayal in Return of the Jedi, but he was a straight up badass in and after Empire Strikes Back. Phasma never reached that point.

My two primary complaints are minor really, but they did stand out to me.
