ESPN baseball coverage is the worst. 5 minutes per hour talking about the actual game being played. The other 55 minutes are guest announcers, interviews, and other ‘features’ while the game sits silently played in a split screen.

Anything to which we assign value is valuable because we collectively believe it. Rarity is one aspect that makes us believe it has value. Polished carbon or shiny metal.

Unlike the majority of rocks that appear on women’s fingers this is a truly rare rock and thus actually worth something to those that care about those sorts of things. DeBeers artificially inflates the price of more mundane, exceptionally common rocks.

I will buy it. a new pc that can run it, and clear a room in my house to use it. However, i will also wait a bit for them to iron out the kinks and get some good content rolling but the difference between 500 and 800 isn’t a deal breaker for me if it works.
