True, but this piece (and Nissan’s professed stance here) seem to just be negotiations and tactics, not really reflective of any final result that may come out of it.  Of course Nissan’s going to come in high and see what concessions they can get.

At this point I don’t think there’s any reason to assume the question of legality matters.

That’s just “Nazis”.

He’ll say “it was a BLACKhawk, so there you go.”

He absolutely does his own makeup, and he stops there because it’s past the point where he can see it in the mirror/reach it with his lil’ hands.

Don’t you dare make me agree with Elon this one time.

Yeah, it was coherent, sympathetic, and only had one randomly-capitalized word.  Very obviously not his work.

Ah, see it now (6 times, for the record).

Okay, let me introduce a second problem with the theory, which is actually the exact same as the first, just stated differently: flipping Illinois would have left Kennedy with 276 votes, not 269.

Only one problem with that apocryphal story: Illinois had 27 electoral votes and Kennedy won by 84.

I agree with your reasoning, but am giggling because it shows the exact same picture twice (at least at my end).

I think there’s a pretty good line to describe how anyone should feel about douchebag Tesla owners looking down on them: “Your boos mean nothing to me - I’ve seen what you cheer.”
