I’ll also add that if the show recorded for Netflix is substantially similar to the one I saw live, she very much addresses this “argument” and the “it’s not comedy” argument, and rips them to pieces without mercy.  (In comedic fashion.)

Serious question - and I realize that saying it that way makes it look like I’m not being serious, but I assure you that I am: pretty much that exact post is made every single time the movie is mentioned here, and it is very much no longer remotely necessary.

That’s a possibility, sure.  On the other hand, I am definitely hoping for a larger integration if only to have him being constantly bleeped, and noticing it, and commenting upon it.

I saw this show live when she was in Chicago, and it’s great. She’s definitely more at ease, although she does talk about a good number of very serious topics. She’s masterful at oscillating between comedy and tragedy seamlessly.
