They could do a wall spin off with no Roiland and I’d be happy with that. The wallcentric episodes are definitely the most poignant yet also most optimistic of the series.

Agreed on the wall episodes, but it also annoys me that those episodes seem to exist just for Roiland to prove that he knows how to write a coherent story, but he’d rather troll people by putting a halfway decent show inside of an incredibly stupid show.

I think its one of Hulu’s bigger shows. They advertise it a lot.

There’s at least one season of Solar Opposites that should be about done, and it was renewed for another.

Eh, 8 is the worst of the recent films after they made their jump to being super heroes in 5. Very largely due to the inclusion of Scott Eastwood and their attempt at soft replacing Paul Walker with him.

Last Jedi is a great sequel because it remembers a time when doing a sequel meant “add something to the franchise” not “pander to your audience with 2 hours of nostalgia bait and rehashed plots.”

Seeing that Force Awakens trailer brought me back. Remember how exciting that was? I won’t say it was the last time Star Wars gave me an actual sense of fun and wonder (through weird circumstances I lucked into seeing The Last Jedi at Lucasfilm, so that was pretty great).  I’ll just say it seems like a long time ago

I only complain about this every single slideshow. Nothing will change. The directive is coming from the herbs, not the writers. I’m sure they hate these too. The only thing we can do is not click through them.

Love, love, love the Planet of the Apes reboot, but I stand by Rise being the best of the three. Dawn was fantastic, don’t get me wrong (and while I really like War, I thought it was the weakest of the three).

Rise surprised everyone when it came out. No one was expecting an Apes reboot to be good, let alone great.

Felt more GoT than Westworld to me, but yeah.

Also further I imagine avoiding having to explain whether inhaling a single spore vs several causes infection or not.

“ In the game, Joel and Tess slip on gas masks around spore clouds. How are airborne Cordyceps spores not...everywhere?”

It’s also left on the table for later in the series, when discovering that people can get infected through spores, and not just contact with mycelia, could be a dramatic escalation of danger for the characters.

Very Westworld. The camera pans and moves, the CGI of a “world” being constructed (or mushroom’d); it’s really like a map or landscape being drawn.

Is the actress playing Joel’s daughter is mixed-race or black? I’m sure the people who are upset about Joel’s beard are gonna love that (hope they die mad!).

Gamers: Race shouldn’t matter, just pick the best actor!

understanding why a person might pay for art is not difficult, lmao.

Thanks! Yeah, I’m still enjoying Uncharted 2 (though I just hit the mountain stages towards the end and am feeling like the game should’ve ended an hour or two ago) and so far am planning on playing through Uncharted 3, 4, and Lost Legacy (is that the name?).

As I pointed out on another topic here last week. I was in all three steam forums for major game releases a week ago. Midnight Suns, Callisto Protocol and 40k Dark Tide. There were topics on each about how the games were “to woke”.
