You clearly have a very interesting perspective. Could you elaborate on how my ego issues are manifest in this article, to the degree that they are the only reason this article exists?

You should also check out her other comic, The Last Halloween. If this game is half as good as her other horror works, it’ll be magnificent.
There’s been several ciswomen now who’ve fallen afoul of this (as Ashley noted Caster Semenya immediately comes to mind) and each and every time “gender critical feminists” who supposedly want these women to compete stay silent and a bunch of transphobic conspiracy theories are created that all of these athletes are…
The “problem” of Corpse Run is that their strips are very specific in a way that most of them only make sense if you’ve played the game the strip is about.
NerfNow does have some funny material now and then, when it’s not fully committed to its fan-service. I agree that Corpse Run generally isn’t funny, but I think it’d strip more concerned with telling things in a slice-of-life manner, but depressing. It’s like Clueless Hero starring depression.
Word. To be fair the CDC has flip flopped so many times that I wouldn’t hold not having the facts right against anyone at this point.
You’re welcome. I don’t have a strong opinion about this Pokemon Go situation either way, but if you’re going to take the high horse of “my actions are based in science and yours are just wishes” you should probably double, triple, and quadruple check that you have a full and complete understanding of the science.
No, there is no goal of making a 100% effective vaccine. Again, stop building straw men.
The killing of Snoke had a massive “deeper” significance. And that was, “a big, mustache twirling, 100% evil villain is a boring character, so let’s get him out of the way and pass the mantle to a nuanced and conflicted character with 100% more dramatic weight.”
You and me both. Rise of Skywalker was one and done. I will never, EVER watch it again and have done a fairly good job of ignoring its existence/purging it from my memory every since that fateful night in December of 2019.
Which is what TLJ did but then the fanboys lost their fucking minds and Disney and Abrahams decided to appease them instead of trying to make a coherent movie. And that is how we got the one Star Wars movie I have only ever watched once and while I expect I may revisit it some day, I do not feel the need to any time…
Hooray for love of this movie!
I generally get blank stares from folks when I mention this one (ditto Quick Change) so also nice to find fellow fans here in the comments too.
I can personally attest to the flop status of this one — at least in one Midwestern college town — cuz it played at the theater I worked in high…
I would actually buy a PS5 JUST for this. except I can’t. No one I know has been able to snag one, they’re impossible to buy at the moment.
Maybe don’t release the game on previous gen hardware months before its upgrade is released, that still isn’t widely available.
There should be a cut-off when systems are new systems are readily available. But untill then...
Perhaps at a tiem when all those that want it get actually buy a PS5? But certainly not before then.
That’s totally fair for part 2 but not for DLC of a game people already bought and own. This was just a crappy thing to do to the legions of fans who supported them.
I mean in this case....the PS5 isn’t even a year old yet, so it’s way too soon to be in the “why haven’t you upgraded?” argument....you can’t really even find one. And while yes, the first installment of the 7 remake was late into the PS4 lifespan, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for DLC for that game to also be…
Especially when you can’t even find said next gen system to buy, lol!
That point is generally when enough of the market that desperately wants to play it is able to, as in when the newest console is able to remain in stable stock.
