My thinking is when time traveler Logan went back to the future then 60's Logan woke up and wondered why he was encased in cement and drowning. After 60's Logan is rescued by JLaw, decades pass and 60's Logan has adventures, some of which are depicted in Apocalypse. A few of those adventures resemble what happened in

Yeah, Lawrence's Mystique is basically Kitty Pryde.

It was a one-off thing. The Vulture got some magic doohickey that sucked the youth out of victims. It was the Maguffin for a plot arc in the cartoon - the hunt for the ancient Sumerian tablet of whatsis. In the young Vulture episode it was Spidey whose youth was drained; as I recall he looked kind of like Uncle Ben.

Not unless he has a robot leg and a headband. And a distractingly emphasized package. I'm willing to compromise on the fringed calf-length boots.

He couldn't go undercover with it but it would be useful in other ways for a globetrotting spy - for example, canvassing witnesses after an incident, coordinating with local police in Latin America, negotiating with a Colombian superhuman holding you hostage due to an innocent misunderstanding, etc.

If someone's going to that much trouble to circumvent the library's anti-piracy protections, though, it would probably be much easier just to pirate the .epub files directly.

Right, the primary users are scholars and students. Someone needs to do a research study to show those scaredy-cat authors they shouldn't flip their shit.

But how does the Twilight zone half of the crossover work? Is there a bunch of characters from classic episodes?

I went to a store where as I was browsing the clerks were loudly yammering about taking their loser friend to a massage parlour so he could lose his virginity. They were just standing around and congratulating each other on their excellent plan. I don't think I bought anything that day.

I keep thinking she was in The Prisoner of Zenda.

Thanks, that Angela retcon sounds pretty dumb. I wonder how much Marvel bought her for? And maybe I'll put old Guardians on as I fold laundry or something. I do rather have a soft spot for cosmic Marvel. I wonder if the animated shows can depict Fantastic Four stuff? If so we could conceivably get the Silver Surfer up

And the Watcher confirmed it wasn't a robot, clone, or simulacrum. It's canon!

I quit the show early on but only came back last week when the review title promised an Asgardian war. I have to agree with this week's review that the climax is at best merely serviceable. I wonder if there's an Agents of SHIELD problem in that the show is trying not to step on the toes of the coming movie. I suppose

They're mostly revenge fantasies about Jar-Jar being killed horribly.

Kes from Voyager is Poe Dameron's father? It all makes sense now!

Okay.

Are they? Evidently the showrunners of season 1 Daredevil and Jessica Jones disagreed, as they made shows which steered more towards the grounded and political and away from the purely escapist and fantastical.

Yeah, that's the one. I'm still figuring out how drone-heavy I should get, how many repair drones I need, and so on. Clearly the teleporter is a no-go but I'm not sure how else to treat the other systems. The alternate version looks really fun too because you only have one crew member. I think I'll try the Advanced

I recall one of the journalists who interviewed him mentioning how amateurish his counter-surveillance measures were when he was holed up in that hotel. I suppose it makes sense since Snowden was never a field guy.
