Not sharing the negative vibe regarding this season. I think its been great. 2nd best season behind S2.

Octavia continues to be incredibly interesting. It’s been clear that she forges ahead as it’s the only way she can define herself and the flashbacks clearly show why and have the intended effect — I feel bad for her. And Madi speaks the truth: “She bore it so they didn’t have to”. Bellamy offhandedly disowning her is

But the sources you posted are also former partners of Hardwick, so why are former lovers of one partner more of a source than current lovers of another? They’re all tangled up in bullshit, IMHO. And I posted twice because two separate people asked twice, and I doubt people would return to this thread unless they got

I remember the first time I ever saw this woman on TD with a notepad full of stuff she noticed in an episode and wrote down. She was ready to go. I’m glad she’s being given the opportunity at least.

Hardly a shock, but, still, a welcome appointment.

Hardwick might or might not deserve to lose his job hosting Talking Dead because of the various accusations against him. I have my own opinions about that, as I’m sure others do. I spent the winter streaming the first two seasons and found it to be the first show that has filled the gap since Battlestar Galactica went off the air. There are a few illogical jumps in the plot, but on the whole it does a much better job of building suspense while moving the story along than most shows.

The reminder about poor Wells and Kane doing the full “may we meet again” prayer really helped sell Jaha’s last scene. Isaiah Washington did a nice job as that character, as infuriating as he almost always was. His scenes with Octavia in this episode were good in that you got a sense of how much she justifiably hates
