I cannot even express how much stories like this break my heart. I nearly started crying while sitting in my office at work (yes I'm reading Jezebel at work, it's okay). I don't know what exactly this says about me (probably not good), but I think I'm having a far stronger reaction to this than I would to a story

I honestly hardly see how that even matters. I think of Bond's defining characteristics as being English and a spy, the color of his skin is inconsequential as far as I'm concerned. Elba would be an amazing Bond.

I've noticed that too. Like outside anywhere ice, snow, wet no problem great traction. But sometimes inside on certain tile floors they will be oddly slick.

Yes thank you! It's so bad I honestly think she's trying to be frumpy, as her trademark or something. Like no she's not the classic Hollywood stick figure, but she's a pretty and could easily find things to flatter her body.

I LOVE my Sorel boots! I have a different somewhat lass bulky style, but they are warm, waterproof, and yes pretty cute/stylish for serious winter wear. I am also very grateful that last winter I invested in a good down jacket from Eddie Bauer, my style is usually a black wool coat, but I work at a university and

Thank you for saying this. I couldn't believe the vitriol I saw in the comments section for this article. I'm nearly 30 and I like her, yes she's young and it shows in her music and some of the stuff that she talks about, but she's still got a hell of a lot of poise for a 17 year old. All in all I really like her

Interesting point about the female doctor debate as related to sexuality. Also it made me think about Matt Smith and how he, in some ways, has been the most strangely overly sexualized of the past 3 doctors. In fact his flirting really got on my nerves.

I don't know, I don't think it's that different. My sister and I were born in 84 and 87 respectively and our names are Sarah and Hannah. Hannah is somewhat less common, but all throughout high school it was common to have at least two other Sarahs in all of my classes, and I've even met several sets of other Sarah

This is heartbreaking and beautiful.

Okay yes, all though the article all I could think is that it doesn't make any sense and that it seems more likely that it would make a person more liberal, for all of the reasons you have just given and more.

I should note that, I do understand (and agree with) your initial concern though. Kids dropping out of school to become famous need a reality check.

Yeah it is so weird! I keep seeing pictures of her and not knowing who it is until I read a caption and go "whoa!"

I think going to school or not is a very personal choice, and I think the the emphasis should be on figuring out what you want to do and what the best way to get there is. Because the best path to a career isn't always school, and there is a big emphasis in Western culture on going to college no matter what. This

Beauty is being comfortable in your body large or small, tall or short.

These poor women can't win. If they lose any weight they will be accused of caving to Hollywood pressures, if they don't lose weight then they deal with a weird combo of praise and ridicule for that.

Interesting. Thanks for the info :)

Honest question, do designer jeans not stretch out as much, or is it that men wear looser fitting jeans and thus this isn't an issue? I do not wear designer jeans, but as a woman who wears tight (not crazy tight, but fitted) jeans, if I don't wash them every couple of weeks they get loose and baggy, which I feel is

My guess, is that he doesn't wash them because when they get gross he just gets a new pair. Which is pretty dreadful in its own way.

Both of their eyes are WAY too close together.

I still think Anjelica Huston should have been cast as Coin, but Julianne Moore is pretty awesome so I'm not mad. I do think it's total bullshit that they are breaking it into two movies. Just because HP and Twilight did it doesn't mean HG has to, it's annoying. Finally as far as I'm concerned they can make up as
