Just caught this one and I expected to dislike it a LOT more than I did based on the premise/title/review. Maybe I'm being rosy-eyed, but I interpreted Kimmy calling the college kids babies as being compassionately. I'm 30, and visited campus to be on a panel. College students ARE just REALLY young. It's not a bad

I'm 30 and agree!

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

I got extra time on tests due to documented learning disabilities. And I went to class…

Same! It's the tight bun, and brown shorts/thing.

I want it to have her but I want to see more of the Econowives, inside the head of another Aunt, Moira..

She's not a wholly reliable narrator: I think Strahovski reads to glam for Offred and a younger Serena Joy and Commander work.

I said this last night: He is The Rise of the Mediocre White Man….

I was overwhelmed for her.

I also thought we were SUPPOSED to think Offred was being a bit dense and wasn't being compassionate enough to Moira.

Season 3: let me see if I can find the quote. here: "If Noel Coward really was a coward who rapes everybody"

I wasn't trying to rationalize anything: it's just where my mind went first of all. But then others mentioned that there probably was rape (of course she can't consent to sex the Reverend) I realized I just hadn't put it together.

A lot of people thought weird sex stuff might be goings-on between the girls in the bunker.

Just reading the review as I just caught the episode, but Kimmy SAYS she was raped in episode 3.

BECAUSE OF THE TEAR GAS!

I just watched this one today and when S1 was on, people talked about finding similarities between the very tonally different show. Sort of like light and dark sides/drama and comedy sides of the trauma coin.

It's stripes, right? Did I make that up?

I absolutely understand that! I found him funny but never endearing. I guess I find that "hard-to-square-ness" of it intentional. How quickly people believe and follow men, when they are charming and funny (and often when they are white). How much success mediocre (or worse) men can reach. The courtroom scene in S1

During some point in the shower scene, I got a feeling Polly's not making it out of the series alive (tho I'm not sure who will be her demise.)

Well you called me dumb and used honey condescendingly. Bye!
