I feel like if it were regressive, the mental health stuff would seem shallower to me. (WHile less than Rebecca, I have some mild mental health issues.) But seeing crouch after being offered the promotion? Her being into the Boy Band Joshes because they were also specified mental health professionals? It just feels

I mean…she's unstable. I feel like that's sort of the point - that nature of that and societal expectations of romance and love and happiness have brought her into the situation.

We know he at least said the words or something once because she said "Your whole settle for me vibe was really sad"

But she did say "Your whole settle for me thing was sad."

Yeah, I'm hoping Rebecca without either is endgame or at least semi-endgame. The show is so subversive that I've definitely got my fingers crossed. She DOES need therapy, she has a ton of work to do on herself.

I don't know, though, the line in the second ep "Bras are in aisle _" was NOT COOL.

"Degrading names are all I have left of my masculinity" - SO GOOD.

Lying to his girlfriend wasn't super cool.

As I said above, if I had my way (with this and Jane and Scandal), our leading lady would be single for a good long while because she's got so much work to do on herself. I don't think Greg being available is scary to Rebecca because she wants more, but actually because she's afraid of f*cking up which is why she does.

My issues aren't as severe as Rebecca's and I've done nothing near anything that drastic, but I thought this was beautifully cringe-worthy. I absolutely read her sleeping with Vegan Man Bun as self-sabotage, which sort of shows how Greg wouldn't be just settling. When you're afraid of f*cking something up sometimes

They are self aware in CEG and Galavant, too…

I think mentally ill and mildly fucked up aren't mutually exclusive. She did toss her pills down the drain, and I don't think the show's about how she's overmedicated. I DO hope they bring that up, and we see the repercussions of it

I'm not sure but I think she may be bi because that song was about how girls co-opt kissing other girls to look cute, instead of being atracted by them.

Empire, too

I loved this one, and I think this season is the best the show has been since Season 3! Sure, some repetition from Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas, but it makes sense that he'd revert. Everybody does. That ep troubling, this episode was less disturbing to me as his show-obsession actually helped him deal with stuff.

I'm not a regular South Park watcher but that episode sticks out to me, considering it doesn't make fun of Britney at all, but the culture surrounding her. Gave me a new respect for those guys.

I actually think "Want to watch TV" is the opposite of flip, and somewhat meta. There's no point to life, nobody belongs, nobody has a purpose - so spend time with the people you love while being amused, instead of being needless mad at them or your lack of purpose. Loving each other IS the greater purpose. It's the

Morty's speech is some of the best writing I've seen on TV.

Honestly, when you watch a few episodes in a row the payoff is HUGE. It's also got LOADS of pathos, which I don't get much from Archer.
