THREE AND A HALF HOURS

I really miss how much I loved those first 3 (?) seasons of Glee, and it’s so cursed now that I can’t even watch it with my 11yo. That whole clip just made me sad (and mad and grossed out re Puck).

My kid had 4 different 4th grade teachers; think it just varies by school

Welcome to the modern AV Club

I SQUEALED when I went to watch the Blackhawks game and saw this was available. And I’m actually kind of relieved there are only 66 episodes because it doesn’t feel so daunting. The kid and I are in S5 of the Office and already pretty bored with it.

This is NOT a fucking millennial show, it’s a Gen X show. Millennials were watching Barney when this was on.

Me too!

I think most movies are too long, even ones I enjoy. Barbie was too long. Everything by Judd Apatow. I bailed on Marvel movies after like X-Men 2. Love QT but Hollywood was way overstuffed. Don’t they know we all have goldfish attention spans now?

If that was the movie he wanted to make, then it shouldna been just oppenheim, and he shoulda done the first 2 hours completely differently. Three fucking hours.

Me didn’t care. My syntax holds.

The actual problem with Oppenheimer was that it was way too fucking long and nobody cared about the Robert Downey Jr bullshit. Well, by nobody I mean me and by cared I mean didn’t care.

Sing Angel in Flip Flops (pitta putta) instead

Remember in all stars though, he literally rubbed his penis against Susan (I think?) during a challenge. Sexual assault right there on national network TV. Really disgusting.

Those nutjobs in AZ! Yes!

SO STUPID and I adore it!

Gordon Ramsay is not a villain! I don’t have anything of value to add here, just protesting. I love him.

We still regularly say “mani-puh-lative” in my house

I knew Rhinestone would be on here, and it deserves to be, but god damn I love this stupid terrible movie. Partly because my mom adored it and i watched it a million times with her, but also because Dolly is adorable as always, the club owner is sooooooooo 80's level slimy, and the music is so ridiculous it’s great.

I only started watching Supernatural at the gym because TNT was one of the TV stations that was reliably on in the mornings, and totally loved it. Absolute fun fluff. Debating starting the series with my 11yo (when we finish The Office).

Thanks for a fun read. It’s just shame that Valley Girl so often gets left off lists of best HS movies.
