Everyone’s income should be public information.  EVERYONE.  

Agreed! I learned earlier this year that there was a $20K gap between me and another person in the same position. And I was PISSED. And fought for a decent raise (which I am happy to report I got!).

Not at public Universities, they don’t.

We should also be denouncing everyone in the audience who stood. This is not “what-aboutism”, because I think Streep should be called on this. But let’s not allow her to be the whipping boy for everyone else.
