I have loved "Modern Family" from the start, but I fear it's getting very, very close to jumping the shark. The characters are becoming too cartoonish — especially Phil, who IMO, is the greatest asset to the show. (He never seems to go to work anymore, either. Did I miss something?) Even the pace of the episodes seems
