Firstly, you’d want access to an anonymous internet connection. This could be done on a home internet connection by connecting into a VPN hosted in a foreign country, or by downloading the T O R client (basically a modified Firefox browser) and using that. IMO the latter is the best option as it is very user friendly,

Large aggressive reptiles capable of basic human functions such as opening doors?I’m pretty sure they already exist, but instead of “raptors” we just call them republicans.

Totally wish I’d never seen that ep. The only futurama ep I’ve never rewatched.

In light of his rage, trump still acts like he’s five years of age.

There once was a gorilla who was raised like a child.

I’m just curious what breed an “Aussie” is, is that a kelpie? We don’t call them aussies here in Australia (naturally).

That group sounds amazing, I hope they become succesful as a more liberal alternative.

“Plethora” might have been a fitting noun in place of dearth :)

I am writing this post from 6 months in the future. The unthinkable has happened - trump the monster got elected. Half the nation is in mourning. People are weeping on the streets. The world is on the verge of destruction. This is our last hope. Please tell everyone there in july to get out and vote when the time

The local snake catcher in my town is also the postman, which is quite handy.

I never realized that phrase was exclusive to us aussies until reading your post. Makes sense though, especially since the average person just thinks of distance of a mile being “longer than a km by a fair bit. How much longer? Fucked if I know. Pretty far”. /occa

Wow, that’s crazy. Glad you didn’t get hurt (or atleast, I hope you didn’t) from those incidents.

If it’s any consolation, in four years time when the country is broke / at war / recovering from nuclear armageddon, being a trump supporter will be viewed in much the same way as being a nazi supporter. And that’s when us liberals can continually remind them how *stupid* they were for not only supporting trump, but

They’re really only an issue in the state of queensland, but I went on a holiday there to visit my sister about 5 years ago, and as soon as the sun went down, you could hear cane toads *everywhere*. So I assume it’s still a problem. I’d never seen one before that trip though.

Most of the time I forget we even have such deadly animals here, such is the rarity of actually seeing them. It’s really not even close to the perception some have of us braving killer animals on a daily basis. I’ve never seen a snake even once, and I live in a rural area. Nor have I seen a shark, or any spider more

For what it’s worth, I’ve been living here since the 80's and not once have I seen a snake in my house or in the yard. It’s really not that common, and far less scary than the perception some have of Australia being loaded with deadly animals.

Now playing

That description sounds so *faaaamiliar*...
