Here’s my favorite bit of utter stupidity that I read in the spoiler space this morning -

But their precious unassailable morals! Surely they must be needlessly defended again to anyone who will listen!

Breaking Bad. I know there were no last-minute curveballs, but it ended the way it had to, the way we knew it would from the beginning.

“This has been Coolmanguy On Cinema”

Nichols gets away with it because he mercilessly critiques Braddock’s behavior as the film progresses. While Henry and Nichols are initially sympathetic toward Braddock at the beginning of the film they are unsparing in making him thoroughly unsympathetic until they utterly destroy any illusion that Braddock has “won”
