I'm guessing he violated a clause in his contract.

A reminder from your friendly neighborhood lawyer:

Shit, I refuse to believe I'm that old (shut up!), but holy fuck, PJ Harvey with an MBE? That is awesome!

I'm not actually seeing a great deal of diversity between the two of them. She's bigger than your average model, sure, but she's pretty and sexy and far from unattractive. Likewise, he is also bigger and much less buff than your typical male model. I don't think even the most firmly entrenched "pretty people with

Not fond of the styling or the dude's douche bag facial hair. She's pretty, just not feeling the guy.

I was not a huge reader at a very young age, but the AG books were appealing and grabbed my interest in ways some "recommended" books didn't, and the length and reading level were right for my age so I didn't put them down in frustration or boredom. They were bridge books that helped me get interested in reading for

Did Jezebel have a holiday lunch today that was heavy on the wine?

I think they were joking about Kate's hair being a wig, not William's.

I loved that stupid Pleasant Company catalog. Those dolls were not a financial priority in my family but I loved going through the catalog and picking what I *would* want.

Remember back in they day when there were no stores and you just had to order from the Pleasant Company catalog? The dolls were so much better before Mattel bought them.

One of my first thoughts is that I've known single moms where the father was absent or had no interest in living arrangements with the kids, and they will say similiar things - "My kids live with me and that's the only way", etc. Not because they're trying to push the dads away, but because the dad is not there and

During my parents' split, my dad launched a full-on battle for custody of his three daughters. He lived in a one-bedroom apartment and had a rich, swinging bachelor lifestyle. My mom replied, "sure, take them," aaaaaand that was where his battle plan faltered.

As an attorney, let me tell you something the MRAs are not going to say: a HUGE number of the fathers who seek shared or total custody do it because they want to pay less child support. Then they dump the kid with their mom or even a sitter because they would rather pay a stranger than their ex.

If Kate Winslet's children and their fathers are all happy with the arrangement, then it's no one's business. If one of the fathers wanted to be more involved, his child felt the same way, and Kate Winslet was obstructing that somehow, I might be mildly concerned.

Absolutely! I think it is sort of house guest training, too!

I remember when Toaster Strudels came out. My famous slumber parties got even better. And that was after my dad turned the yard into a legitimate ice rink.

Crap, we were supposed to eat?

The best part of sleepovers is that I can get my parents to buy ALL THE EGGS and BACON and SUGARY CEREAL and PANCAKES ("but Dad, that's what white kids eat!").

Part of sleepovers is waking up the next day to the breakfast traditions of other families that aren't your own.

I have a coat from Eddie Bauer that is sort of like this one, but without the fur trim. I find it to be nice and warm but not too heavy/bulky. I got it in white, because there are so many black coats in this town, but of course it gets dirty easily. Still, a good buy!
