Well, Nancy Spungen’s gravesite is a bit of a non sequitur. I agree. As I said, wasn’t expecting that.

Angel? We missed you around here!
She IS the person who wrote the blog and has been posting about her Marc Jacobs obsession for years.
On a less disgusting note, I went with my S.O to visit his Nana’s grave. While giving him some distance, I walked around for a bit and came across Nancy.
I really, really want to support this idea. But that grapefruit image? Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope.
That ad.
Switzerland begs to differ.
I think it must've only gone up this morning. Saw it and it made me think of this conversation.
She’s written about it in The Guardian today: http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
She will fight to the death. We all should.
God I hope she stays on, we need her.
As an NZ victim of rape, I am so grateful for those women for standing up and making noise about it. I don't think I could be that strong in the face of complete disinterest by the speaker.
waiting for all the rabid New Zealand apologists, who will skip over that atrocious behavior entirely and trumpet “new Zealand’s great”!
note: this behavior is beyond sucky. it seems to be a banner day for the right wing. :(
Oh, the backlash already started at least a year ago, maybe after she won the Oscar even. It’s just that it’s the third or so post this week on Jez about it. Tiresome.
Oh jeez. So preditable: girl Jez crushed on massively must be broken down now!
Going to HR was the worst mistake I ever made. I should have done two things differently: 1) contact an attorney for documentation strategies, 2) apply for other jobs.
I was excited to see what they would do with Monica Bellucci and it was to provide some key information, have sex with Bond, and make way for a younger woman. I thought the scene came off as rapey, Bellucci actively hated Bond until her dress came off.
Thanks for actually coming out and saying this - that disabled children are a huge burden and killing them is not like murdering an able-bodied child - instead of burying it in mealy-mouthed bullshit. From the xojane article nobody is reading:
“The media tells us that having a disabled child is hard and there are…
I’m not. Raising a typical child can be hard. Raising four children can be hard. Raising any child in poverty can be hard.
Go read the replies on the post about the father who threw his (apparently able bodied) child off the top of seat building, and then himself. You won’t find any sympathetic, “poor him”, there. Yet on this post, and other posts about disabled children and adults being murdered, you’ll find sympathy.
