I’ve been a barista for ten years, and I’ve definitely done these things before to my worst customers. And if someone is really nasty to me and they ask for skim milk, and if I’m feeling vengeful and angry, I’ll give them half and half instead. Hahahaha. Most delicious “skim” lattes in town.
