NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

If the electoral college is GOING to exist, it should do what it was made to do: Be a final check against an unfit president coming to power. Otherwise, what the fuck is even the point? That’s not giving it MORE power, that’s letting it do it’s job.

I don’t believe that comment from the fake news guy at all. As someone on Twitter pointed out, this is a person who lies professionally for attention; of course, when he’s on a liberal-leaning medium, he gives a quote perfectly designed to make it go viral among liberals....

The difference, of course, being that liberals are afraid that Trump will do things that he said he wants to do; conservatives were afraid of things their insane aunt’s cat sent them a dream saying Obama would do.

He’s serious about the things that I am deeply concerned about, like “allowing a peaceful transition of power to take place when the time comes.”

I think Mnuchin is the kind of person who will aid and abet Trump every step of the way up to nuclear winter, because he just wants the gravy train to keep rolling and he knows that the only thing you can do to get fired in this administration is be a yes-man who stops saying yes. He might not be in favor of nuclear

Yeah. I don’t LIKE Mitt Romney or David Petraeus. I think having them in positions of power would ultimately be bad for the country. But they are serious people who have beliefs about how government should function. They are predictable, rational people.

I disagree. I think he’s just as dangerous as someone like Giuliani, because all the crazy Trump is surrounding himself with is a very specific type: Power-hungry. Not driven, not ethical, just deep voids willing to do anything to anyone in order to get more power. Those are the kinds of people who end governments.

This is legit really scary. This isn’t a guy who has firm beliefs or a deep knowledge of economic systems he wants to implement; it’s a dude who just flat-out wants power. This is a bad sign.

As one of three Symmetra mains out there...

He’s saying that, when the President does it, it’s not a conflict of interest.

Because we do this EVERY GODDAMN TIME. Any time a progressive tries to do anything, we dig into their entire past to make sure they’re pure enough to have tried.

I disagree. Wasting time trying to figure out who is ‘ironically’ racist and who is ‘really’ racist is going to be a distraction.

I mean, when EVERYONE in the movie is Hollywood-gorgeous, that’s not really enough to stand out or be popular.

It’s telling that Megyn Kelly has a problem comparing it to internment camps... but not necessarily a problem with the actual policy. Just the optics.

The woman who gave us this treasure, which warms my heart whenever I’m in a dark place, deserves far, far better than Doctor Fucking Phil.

I mean, I know plenty of smart folks who are willing to give most drugs a try, at least once. They enjoy new experiences.

I genuinely think that the gorgeous animation cut-scenes were the worst thing to ever happen to the genre. Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, FFII - these games weren’t FLEET, but they did respect your times, and there was certainly plenty of experimentation. But I think the hyper-popularity of FFVII and the ‘cool’ aspect of
