Especially since Clapper was saying that he, himself, had seen no evidence because he was not in the loop with any FBI or law enforcement related investigations. Yet president dipshit here is completely ignorant of that somewhat important distinction.

I confused the two of them and when I heard Comey was fired I thought, “Cheetolini is really sick of people not believing his twitter banner, so he fired the guy.” Then I took a look and the picture is still up but evidence of “no evidence” was gone (plus Comey isn’t Clapper).

I’m wondering of the combination of these subpoenas and Clapper’s and Yates testimony is what drive them into firing Comey. Because the timing is so suspicious. Even Chuck Schumer said in his presser that it makes Trump look like he’s covering something up.

If it was something minor he would not make the desperate move of firing the FBI director the same day it’s revealed a grand jury is handing out indictments.

Is it at all possible that Trump is covering something up that’s minor, but he’s a complete idiot? I’m worried that I’m getting some popcorn but that he’s gonna get off scott free in the end after all this. Somebody reassure me that this is big.

Oh, I believe it to be way more sinister than that. Trump needed Flynn because he knew Flynn had more connections with Russia than even he had. There is really no other reason after having been warned multiple times that he kept someone on that even people in his own circle viewed with a side-eye.
