To me it sounds like he didn’t really do any research in what it was going to cost him. Depending on what state he’s in and what stage of titling it may not be that easy. He could owe $10k in sales tax. I suspect it would also cause a huge mess with the pending arbitration. 

Where are all the “direct sales will save us all” folks? Tesla literally says you can return the car without an issue, but wrote in an arbitration clause so you can’t do it easily.

No way. When you are boarding in a late zone, you grab whatever bin space is available. Someone has likely already taken the bin space above your seat if you are boarding in zone 15....
