Or, 7 years...  Like most high$$ BMWs, this will NOT be a car to own off warranty, and the NP/cP paradox will arise soon enough.

It’s a plot to control the world’s supply of microchips...

Now playing

Oh, come on. It’s not like anybody would do anything inappropriately distracting while driving a Tesla would they?

What are those wheels?  22's ?  Ugh.

The Teslarati survey a year ago surfaced the tidbit that the #1 (non-green-ish) trade-in was BMW 3-series.   Which certainly reinforced that the dick-worthy, careless, cut-you-off-and-not-look-while-not-using-turn-signals spot in the eco-system previously occupied by BMW drivers is now occupied by Tesla drivers...

How many of the other people Musk has publicly defamed need to get together to form a class action suit?

Oh, I admit it’s subtle— probably too nuanced. The Willy Wonka analogy was just to imply there’s two sides. Willy Wonka appears like the benevolent character, bringing the candy they desire to all the little boys and girls.

It’s the same reason you never see used BMWs with “worn out turn signal stalk switches”....  For some reason they are always minty.

Not “idolize”. Try “satirize”...

Yeah, that’s certainly my view. I’m pretty tired of “Ludicrous Mode” and “0-60 in 2 seconds” cars from Tesla.  I mean, if we are saving the planet here who cares?.

And, regrettably for you, I was good friends with Neil Harl and we both knew Norman Borlaug. You need to get your facts off something other than cereal boxes and badly-written Michael Pollan books.

He WAS CEO of PayPal... It never made money with him on the helm and he had a pattern of making crazy, autocratic, psychotically WRONG pronouncements. And, was gonna force the whole platform onto .NET.

Funny, isn’t it?  What the world wants is a Civic run on electricity, but with no range anxiety.  sounds like a PHEV to me...

Farmers have always bought seed every year. That’s how farming worked in the 20th century.

Geez, you guys just refuse to recognize the larger picture...

Sigh. Sometimes I feel, as I watch a “corporate-run” NFL or NBA game from Smoothie King Arena, on a “smart” TV set whose software and hardware I don’t own and which displays nonstop ad crawlers and pop-ups, while browsing the web on devices I don’t own as Google, Uber and Facebook track my every footstep and pizza

It’s actually instructive to watch a zealous owner actually TELL you how bad this service model is. Really— watch this guy... and he LIKES the car, kinda.

do we need further proof of social networking making people stupid(er)?

I just find the hatred for dealers funny... I mean it’s 2018. I have bought a lot of cars since the “interweb” was invented but don’t think I’ve set foot inside a dealer to buy a car in 20 years.

It’s a high-priority market for Tesla... Elon Sez!
