There's a handful of people around ABQ who know a huge pile of money is missing following the shootout at uncle Jack's… might make interesting tension for the Breaking Bad sequel Vince has hinted at.

Actually, the other unanswered question is "where did the missing $50M in barrels go that Uncle Jack last had in his possession?".
Yeah, agree on all points. And, the pure sadism that would (even within the legal guidelines) intentionally torpedo Kim's career progression… well, I guess we've seen sociopathic behavior from both Chuck and Howard with the Dungeon called "doc review".
I'd add that nothing Chuck said was over the line legally, nor outside the bounds of what would be "good advocacy" for his own firm's interest. Mesa Verde was the firm's client, not Kim's, and he worked to keep it.
I went back to Episode 1 ("Smoke Gets In Your Eyes") last night and was struck by how many Easter Eggs Matt Weiner had placed in there—- specific comments directly relevant to how the series ended up 7 seasons later. There's even a quick "you're OK" reference in there.
I recalled that as a "conjugal visit", but assumed they were still doing hard time…
Moops! The card says "Moops"!
Speaking of which, are he and Costanza out on parole yet?
They are careful to point out that there's no way to know for sure how long Don stayed at Big Sur— ie the amount of elapsed time between his breakthrough with Leonard and the epiphany-smile that closes our time with Don-Dick up on the cliff.
It seemed like a little bit of a cheap shot given how Henry clearly discouraged Don from seeing the kids.
Ha. I'm actually a "Coke guy". The rise of the Pepsi Challenge was one of those ad campaigns that tried to be younger and hipper than the staid McCann feel-good ads Coke was running at the time.
Undoubtedly correct. I just find it funny that on a Big Budget Film they'll pour $50M into endless CGI sequences, but then scrimp with the second unit and pass Toronto off as Paris.
He and Sal will always have Baltimore…
Of course, being a Hollywood film crew, they are probably going to pass Big Sur off as Montauk or Sag Harbor! :
The location scouts will disagree, but other than the odd house or two it's hard to find a complete neighborhood in CA that reflects either midwestern city's residential areas very well. Even the 'look and feel' of the neighborhoods varies a lot across cities in the midwest(I have a buddy who claims you could…
My reaction was like "What!?! you are telling me the production costs in Milwaukee are HIGHER than they are for filming in the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County?". If they were going to use Oxnard for Bridesmaids, just set the script there…
Was Peggy seated between the two of them?
Why do I hear Prince in the background singing Let's Go Crazy?
Bad CGI's probably better than all the cell towers atop the hills overlooking Pt. Mugu, but flying the Second Unit team into Tulsa for an afternoon shoot seems even better.
Bob and Manolo, now surgically altered to resemble Don.
Bob starts a John Deere lawnmower parked in the weeks and heads straight at Don…
