They can squash every major and minor bug and optimize performance across the board, and this game will never become what players were promised, and/or what they constructed in their imaginations. CDPR would have to start over and work another ten years to delivery anything close to the expectations that were set.

Even if they fix every bug in the game, it still doesn’t live up to what they promised with their first gameplay reveal. They would need to massively overhaul the quest structure, narrative, NPCs and player character building.
