Did somebody say Pathfinder?

As a backer of the last Pathfinder video game that was funded by KickStarter I just want everyone to know that it failed and to be careful if you do fund. At least we got some hardcover books and PDFs out of the deal but the game is a total mess. They got 1 Million in funding.

If there is one thing I would love to see done (or even kickstarter and I would pay good money towards) is to see the game get either remade or get a remake with what the second disc of the game should have been.

That’s bugged me for years.

Great read and a very sad tale. I hope it doesn’t spell the end for the series and I really hope Bioware learns from this or else Dylan may end up being Vanilla and that would be a shame.

Hope he’s found soon!

“Christopher “NYChrisG” Gonzalez”

That may just be the most uninspired handle I’ve ever...

“...came face to face with Brian “Brian_F” Foster”

Scratch that.

Street Fighter players aren’t the most creative bunch, are they?

Couldn’t help but laugh at the fact that they decided a crotch shot was necessary before a close up of his face

While I understand what they’re going for when Bungie says they’re trying to offer a matchmaking-style that’s consistent with how Bungie wants the game to be played, that’s exactly what bothers me about it. It’s entirely up to Bungie to make the game they want, but I’m not a fan of being told “this is how we think you

Artstyle is great but for now I don’t like the camera position. Looks like one of those games wher you have to play to see it is done the right way.

I agree. This doesn’t feel quite “enough” to be a Destiny sequel. To me, this feels more like what Destiny should’ve been from the start and we’ve been playing a 2 year beta. Either way, it looks like they really made some strides in the right direction here.

Yeah I’m with you, unless they’re seriously holding back on us for E3 (which, why would they?) this is really disappointing. Sounds more like an expansion than an actual sequel - low on content and most of the things they’re talking about are incredibly minor quality-of-life improvements.

Only 4 planets? I bet this one will have low content as well. Well, that is the impression. I’ll hold off buying the game before I know more.

I hate to say it but this is probably for the best. I’m a huge mass effect fan and andromeda was a big let down. Not a completely terrible game but certainly not up to the standards of mass effect or Bioware at large. I say we get some distance from it and when the time is right bring the series back properly, kinda

The general talk around the game was fairly negative (animations, voice acting, writing, character models etc) right at release and the critical reception was markedly lower than previous games.

Did this game start out as a Destiny sequel?

I love how having sex with older women as a (in america, not japan) underaged dude is here painted up as some of the most morally questionable things ever.

But all that murder and life destroying you do in other games like nothing, won’t bat an eye.

I knew relatively in advance it was needed. The amount of time I drank Frui-Tea and visited the bathhouse in the summer was no joke.

Agreed. I was hooked the moment Waifumus Prime cracked the floor of that bank and hopped on her motorcycle.

Well, Atlus filed for 4 different Persona 5 related domains: P5D, P5R, P5U and P5AG. Maybe we’ll get another iteration of Persona 5. Hopefully, we get to play as a female character then.
