Surfing (and i mean skillsurfing: completing difficult maps with good time) was always a thing in the CS series, there's quite a few of skillsurfing servers both in CS:GO and CSS and CS1.6 it's allmost basicly a community on it's own within the game :)
Just gunna throw this out there, the boobs probably help. Quite a few of the cosplays I've seen for this don't quite match that; and as sad and perverted as it sounds, that's surprisingly relevant.
