I don’t agree, while the things that you mentioned will help sure, its going to be local governments like SF that are putting up the cash and the man-hours that are going to have the biggest effect on homelessness. I’d love to be wrong tho!

Its BS to say that we should build more public bathrooms, we even have mobile public bathrooms that are dispatched daily to the homeless areas, some of which also have showers. We had to close public restrooms because... homeless people were using them for drugs.
