At my old apartment in San Francisco was $335/month for my spot, and that didn’t come with a valet, that was almost 3 years ago so I’m sure its over $400 now. I know the NEMA building down on 10th and Market charges at least $425/month, and it goes up for large vehicles like an F150, but does have a Valet.
