Meh, others do it. AC Valhalla have the same walk, run etc animations that Black Flag did (haven’t played any of the others). But there’s a few games inbetween them and no updates to the animations have been done in that time.

That must be some long ass red lights you guys have over there.... No way would the car “roast” on a 20-40 second stop. Also the start-stop tech (at least in modern cars) doesn’t stop the engine if the AC hasn’t reached the set temp. And will turn back on by itself if it goes too high (or low for heating).
