I’m convinced nobody knows how to write articles anymore.

The Powers That Be have said there will be no more Recaps on io9 for any shows, except the “most popular ones,” whatever that means.

That stinks. Looks like I’ll be going to AV Club or wherever they do recaps. I saw Bricken’s recap of Arrow and it made me sad that they aren’t even allowing them to make it a more than a few paragraphs long.

There’s really no such thing as a species. The interbreeding thing is referred to as the biological species concept (BSC) and is easily demonstrated as false. A great dane and a chihuahua are both the same species (Canis familiaris) but aren’t likely to interbreed, and C.familiaris can interbreed with a wolf

Don’t really get the hate for Felicity in Season 3, to be honest. I still like her. Maybe i’m in the minority with that.

Either we finally have enough eyes, windows, and sensors in such an orbit to finally catch what may be a common occurrence, or it’s a sign of the global warming-alien invasion-biblical-apocalypse-Hillary/trump convergence phenomenon, and those astronauts should consider themselves lucky to be high and safe.

There is no night in the north this time of year, Summer solstice just happened, aka Midnight Sun.

Coldemort has officially surpassed Frost Maul as the Night King official nickname.

Everyone, we must see this film. If all goes well, Stephen Amell could have the beginnings of a film career that he deserves and we could be rid of Jai Courtney forever. Amell will be cast in Courtney's roles and consequently make every film better.

I love Dr. Who. I grew up on the Tom Baker series and have watched every episode since Ecceleston premiered.

Just my two cents but the only terrifying species out of a terror movie here is the one using nets to kill all life forms in a huge area by immobilizing and ripping them apart or drowning them in the case of species without gills.

Sigh. I know it probably isn't your intention, but calling sharks "terrifying" and "like something out of a horror movie" is exacerbating the plight sharks are suffering today. Almost every species is on the brink of extinction right now due to ignorance and fear.

Oh my god, you realise what this means?

Gotta love that the moment "Doctor Who" is mentioned, the Moffat haters come out of the woodwork.
