I think they’re both kind of awful and wrong, but it stands out to me that Ariel *appears* to have grown up into the type of person she says her mother was trying to turn her into, which is why she wanted to get away from her.

Wearing my geek pride here. I loved the fact that Lynda Carter married the head of Zenimax and that she graciously lent her voice to the Elder Scrolls series since the Morrowind days. So. Damn. Awesome!
Why is it every time a woman gets something nice, someone has to question why they need it?
Lets see off the top of my head:
I’m not a praying person. But every time this movie comes up, I utter “please don’t suck” in a tone that’s very nearly reverent.
That will come in handy when she has to defeat Macbeth.

Honestly, I’d take a Green Fury spinoff. A web series, even. She was delightful.
