Goodbye stupid TPMS!!
Goodbye stupid TPMS!!
Amen to that. May you be blessed and keep Many v8's.
Here’s a novel thought, one man does not make or break the economy or decide its course alone. For anyone to say its one person’s fault or one person saved it is colossally ignorant.
Sad thing someone will probably pay this much for it. Cool cars, but not worth anywhere near 9k. Another crack pipe high price Subaru, SHOCKER!!
Well where do folks stand on the “SUV’s aren’t trucks” argument?
I personally get all kinds of annoyed when a Tahoe driver gets mad when I call it a truck.
I am quick to point out its the Same engine, same chassis, same lots of other bits, only difference is your cargo area is covered. Maybe I just go next level dick…
Neutral: I’m worried, not just because of folks losing their jobs, but I think some of “cracks” in the surface of our economy and peoples spending/buying power are coming to the surface.
Lets face it, the majority of people buying new cars stateside, are Boomers, that markets going to start going away.
And younger…
I’ll be honest, I’d buy that car for looks alone. To me, one of the best looking cars to roll off an assembly line.
Of all people, a cop should have known better. Solid 10/10 derps.
You’re better off just fixing the Honda. /thread
Oil. Used to be coal, but they had mechanical augers that fed the fire, and fans to stoke it. Because yeah, no human could feed that firebox.
Kinda. It really wasn’t steam to Diesel as much as it was the demand for passenger rail service declined because of the car and the airlines. Before the 40's Trains were the way to travel long distance, and really the only realistic option. So, speed was a selling point for many railroads, and a point of pride.
It isn’t about horsepower, thats a pretty irrelevant measure. Tractive effort is where its at. Id imagine a 4000 class has well over 100,000 lbs of starting tractive effort. Which is a lot.
It likely still makes the same power now as when new, 4014 was frame up restored/rebuilt. It was a huge undertaking. It wasnt just given a “refresh” to simply get it working, UP went all out
Glad to see some 9 series love. They are awesome cars.
Miles don’t mean much to Volvos. Mute point. I’d rather have a wagon that powers the correct set of wheels.
But aren’t cars older than 25 years old exempt from emissions anyway? Least they are in most states. So, you could take and older car, swap it, and drive it on the street if you wanted.
As long as us Millennial’s can still take credit for causing Applebees and Harly-Davidson to go under, I’m OK with this. I don’t want our generations accomplishments to go un-noticed!
Looks like everything else with a different badge, grille and lights.
It actually looks pretty good. Haven’t been able to say that about the outback since like 06-08.
And without the EJ anymore, I may have to put Subaru back on my not-shit list.
While this is another crack pipe price Subaru, at least its not too far off its asking price considering it is actually in nice shape. I see people hawk these for 11k in half as nice of condition
