Sword and Sorcery is too cool to not be on this list :(

You still havent added up to eight.

How has it bombed in Japan? When people talk about the 3DS "bombing" it was because the post-launch sales sort of bottomed out, and there was pretty much nothing to play on it for a long while.

Theres no sarcasm to it, he just hates everything.

You'll note the range given was 10 to 50 dollars. Its REALLY unlikely they're going to go much higher than 40 if they want to stay competitive, and the prices at the Japanese launch would suggest most non-AAA games will sell for 30 dollars.

Not that its worth much, but the memory card prices are MUCH lower than initially suspected. The cheapest one will run you 20 bucks, as opposed to 35, or whatever everyone initially thought.

Yeah, I'm wondering which 8 you could possibly be referring to.

This is like that day I walked into Gamestop and the kid behind the counter started talking up how he had picked up the falls three "biggest" games: Skyrim, Modern Warfare 3 and Halo Anniversary.

Loot scales with your level- eventually you can find Ebon equipment in stores, which kind of devalues everything thats not Daedric/Dragon-based.

I would take a gander at Gravity Daze (Shift? they might have changed the name), it looks freggin sweet.

As someone who plugged in over 100 hours on the PS3 version, your mileage may vary a lot with this game, and not just in terms running into bugs.

The .hack games are wonderful, I'd say pick them up now before they start becoming extra rare.

XI was amazing, XII was classy as hell, and 4 Heroes of Light was a solid title that hardly anyone ever brings up.

I've always thought Kojima was brilliant for that twist- censorship being even more dangerous than any kind of nuclear weapon.

Are there any classic, fan-hosted servers, like they do with vanilla wow?

None of the "big" three seem to get it yet, but you'd think people would look to Steam and say

They probably do the same thing Microsoft does, where they allow the money/increased cut of profits for a set period of exclusivity.

I dont want to seem like Im looking for an argument, I just think XIIIs soundtrack suffers because of the games pacing, not necessarily the music itself. Its built like a movie score, utilizing repeating motifs, but not really setting the mood of any one place.

I wish we still had "A Week in Comments" so I could nominate you to the higher tier of commenting.

I wasnt sure if you were talking about Katamari or La Noire, haha :D
