At Hertz, all recalls are done because they can not be rented if not. They are coded in the computer so they can not be rented, same as when a vehcile needs and oil change...they just can not be rented now. Work for Hertz now and we’ve just taken in a bunch of nicely equipped 2016 models that are pretty nice wand well equipped. Most folks do not treat them that badly anymore and if they do, we charge them to get them back to where they should be.
