They did! I had two suggestions.. either make the straw bigger, or grind the cookie pieces smaller. The next time I tried it, they did indeed grind the pieces smaller. :)

I've been telling Wendy's the edges of their spoon is too sharp for ages. Thinking of starting a "Your Spoon is Too Damn Sharp" party.
Last time I submitted feedback to my local McDonalds about a truly negative experience, I didn't hear back for 3 or 4 weeks. I put down email as my preferred contact method, and I got a phone call on the weekend.
this made me laugh. a lot.
I love commenting on stuff like that - where they just don't think and obviously never try the stuff.. most people just complain but this will actually at least let them know there's a problem. Hope they fixed it:)
Just like nomnom2010 said, getting 4 "value meals" isn't at all a value. You can get 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks for 12 dollars.
The trick is don't order a value meal for each person. Each person gets 2-3 items off the dollar menu and you get drinks at home or go for water.
I usually get two McChickens when I go to McD's. What the heck are you getting?
And that is inexpensive, compared to a real restaurant.
Inexpensive?? What crack pipe are you smoking. Feeding a family of 4 at McDonalds or Wendy's has gone upwards of $25. KFC is even worse.
I got a phone call and a bunch of coupons for letting Jack in the Box know that I felt their straw was too narrow to use with their cookies and cream shake.
Fast food generally costs very little, which is one of the perks, but that doesn't mean a free pizza or burger isn't…
