Never really is. What is prohibited that isnt also wide spread. This is one of the few spaces (digital) where you might be able to stop it on the storefront leve but if you look at the whole skins gambling fiasco you can see that any nich market will be filled legal or not. Better to regulate than have an outright ban.

I played quite a bit of smite on xb when it first came ouy. Really liked it. Would totally recomend.
