I actually got hacked on Monday, I left my number and they called me within 30 sec when I sent my problem. Identify I was the real guy and they changed my email and set up security question for me. And on top of that they sent me a coupon for 15% off for games...

Im pretty sure the matter at hand with the website is that not because they made easier to see than the original one, but that you have to scroll down past all the different products Apple is offering until you actually see the apology statement.
