I was thinking this is too good to be true, so you are saying I can find the fastest car in the game right from the beginning? I'm pretty sure they would lock out some of the map to make race the slower ones and build it up faster ones as you go...

I`m confused by your analogy because you don`t chose a car just by how many cylinders or horsepower but also by price and most importantly the purpose of the car. If I was going to two a lot of things, I would by a Dodge Ram over a Porsche any day because of the functionality of the car.
