I dont know, to me the whole thing feels like a go launcher theme or at the max a designed moded Rom of sorts. It just doesnt have that certain Apple je ne sais quoi.

Hmm... Jobes's departure is noticeable to say the least, The iOS is starting to resemble Android's style and layout with some win 8 style touches. It hasnt got an original bone in it styling wise.
