A diesel hybrid combo? That could probably shake things up.

so I live near Detroit and been to that museum more times than I can count. Taking friends out, work fundraising events...It’s great but it’s come to a point where I just send friends and family without actually going there myself.

why didn’t you bring the Peugeot with you? You could have imported it legally, somehow.

where is a DIY channel on how to build an atomic bomb? Asking for a friend.

that is a perfect response! now it actually makes sense. Thank you for that

may I present to you the ultimate 80's icon - the W123. that thing is like a cockroach - it will never die

I am no fortune teller but I predict pre 1990 cars will be in hot demand when people are sick and tired of their hot new autonomous vehicles not working like they should if working at all and having dealer reps come to unlock it with a usb key

I’d be the one thinking: “hmm, why are we circling like idiots? we gotta land anyways so let’s go to our destination”. Flying a spare wheel to the smaller airport is a lot cheaper than burning off all fuel circling aimlessly and trying to accomodate all these passengers to their original destination.

how come no one has ever thought about adding a third camera positioned directly in front of the bridge ideally positioned to capture a driver’s face reaction at the moment of the crash???

so..you’re telling me if you were on that plane, you’d and be the one screaming: “OMG! We’re all gonna die!!!”

I don’t see how a failed wheel automatically translated to possibility of casualties. my point was - you’re already up in the air. the plane will land the same exact way whether it’s in Montreal, Bagotville or Baton Rouge...so if those things being equal, you might as well carry on as planned.

The logic here doesn’t make sense. Why don’t they just continue on their journey and worry about it when they land? I mean, what’s the use of circling for 2 hrs, disrupting everyone’s travel plans when they have to land somewhere anyways? If it was a part critical to the safety of the flight, by all means, return and

it still boggles my mind why New Yorkers put up with Rat infestation, flooded subways, weirdos on the subways, sky high rents in cramped apartments, traffic, crime...list goes on.

The new Escape will not be around in 40 years simply because they intentionally design cars with materials that have fatigue factor built into it. It’s not a conspiracy, it’s an actual fact. The plastic polymers go through extensive testing to last X amount of years (say 15) and then fail. Well the automaker’s

I don’t remember but that would fall under “duh, of course I did” because it most likely came with the TBelt kit. I think what the cause was I either didn’t put loctite or didn’t torque the bolts properly,.

the irony is the 1938 Ford will still be around in 40 years while the 2018 Ford Escape will be on it’s 3rd washing machine afterlife

I had a 2003 with 1.8T 5sp manual. I should’ve sold it when I got the chance.

but what do you mean no smoking on board captain??

Let’s talk about the narrow cabin. Why???
