I know someone who works for the manufacturer of these bottles and he says the injection tool is the most complex he’s ever seen. 

you do realize that these bottles go through extensive heat/cold tests, pressure cycles and burst/stress test as well as age test according to the FMEA specifications and have passed with flying colors?
