Midnight's Edge has been eerily spot on with these predictions/leaks so far. I'm starting to suspect that he's actually a sentient growth living on Tom Rothman, warning us away from shitty genre films.

It's indicative that the vast majority of people thought the film was utter shit, and that the movie going public is officially done with cash grab remakes. There's no grand conspiracy of sexism here.
