For years now, CarMax has been treating both buyers and sellers like children. Sale prices too high, but non-negotiable. Buying prices too low, and also never budge on those.
A couple of my A8s had that. It was sold as part of the “Warm Weather Package”. “Cold Weather Package” came with heated steering wheel (awesome!) and the ski sack, which is also strange and weird and random.
