Is it bad I expected them to perfectly fine? Racing safety is pretty much a guarantee these days unless your head is out of the body work or you get rear-ended by Danica Patrick.

No,it is tarnishing the brand.

“Holy Grail” - cracks me up every time.

“Maybe U.S. customers require more power, because fuel economy is not the top requirement, they have 80 mph freeways and have expectations of speed and safety.

The LS engines are the antithesis to DOHC. There is simply no compelling argument in favor of DOHC over an LS engine.

Probably redid the kitchen at some point and put the old cabinets in the garage rather than in the dumpster.

Because they came out of the kitchen during a remodel and are therefore free.

I like the ski boat. How it fits in the garage is beyond me. I just like his garage!

Also doesn’t draw attention to yourself, thats never a bad thing.

I have trouble telling this from a Malibu

Oof. Painful to read. You need to realize that there are some people that *want* their performance sedan to look like a boring Malibu.

Or maybe his wife told him he had to get rid of one of his cars.

maybe, but i’m still jealous of it.

How the fuck this could ever be a problem is beyond me. Then again, some people get high pointed on a decorative rock just pulling in the damn lot.

Especially considering that 130 measure likely doesn’t hold up if you do anything crazy like drive up hills, attempt to pass someone, or have a passenger that weighs more than 80 pounds.

Its not the 130, it's the 80 in winter that's the real issue

Crap...I missed the performance description. Fully agree with your take on range anxiety. I was hoping this car would travel 200 kms in short quick bursts, and be more of a zoom-zoom EV though.

Having driven the Fit not-so-daily for almost ten years I can report that life in the slow lane is a life of acceptance, a life of peace. Why does one need to go fast? I’ll let you explore those feelings on your own but all of this is perfectly on-brand for Mazda, whose cars historically have been underpowered. And,

I am by no means a market expert but I think given the coming downturn its prudent for Jag to solidify its core audience via ownership perks and service while also building a brand that emphasizes its non-conformity to current luxury brands.

i dont get it?????? i thought we at jalopnik loved turbine wheels!?
