The biker used his helmet as a weapon to smash the property of the car owner, if the car owner pointed a gun at the biker he would not be doing anything illegal. What’s to stop the rider from using the helmet against the driver? It’s called evening the odds.

Nope. The biker made a mistake when he attacked the car. The driver could easily pull a gun at that point due to feeling threatened by his behavior.

If this individual is able to access anything that requires an ID I have the reasonable assumption that they can go about obtaining an ID as well.
