Those games were freaking perfect! I loved how a single mission could end up with a hundred different scenarios. I even played the multiplayer on it; hell, for two years I enjoyed going online and playing that game with other people, not only was it exciting and fun, it was pretty unique.

It's really simple, here's how:

Don't let that spoil the fun of the books, they are so well written and full of amazing characters that even their tragic, and some times horrible, demise will come as a great twist that adds a lot to it.

You can pretty much put your whole damn team on Hawks and blow the others to shit if they haven't built any turrets or energy towers.

Someone described the books to me as "Simly put, your favorite characters will either die or be raped horribly" and after reading through the whole series this month, I would say that it's a mildly accurate way to put it. Do try and give the books a good read, I promise that you will be hard pressed to find another

Yeah, this game is sure to be a mighty blast of nostalgia for me! Playing on the couch was awesome, not just for all the reasons you brought up, but also for the fact that it allows for drinking games and other types of things that can only be done in person.

And man, did you ever do well? That movie does everything right and it manages to mix in drama with over the top violence, so it's even a good choice for couples.

You and your friend could always play it side-by side on your couch since it lets you go online with two players on a console, or even better, ask two buddies over and play that bitch with four people like it was 1999!

Yeah, it's old school as shit! I saw it on this month's edition of Qore and lost it, how come they aren't using that as a major selling point?

You know, I haven't checked to see if anyone else said this already but...

I saw it on Blu-ray and decided to pick up for the next movie night. I actually watched it by accident on cable and ended up loving it; I think it was part of a Korean movie marathon, they had REALLY sweet movies but this one just stood out from the lot.

God, that movie is so fucking intense. Everytime one of my friends feels the need to get a movie night going I try to push that one on them, it's just great!

I'm fairly impressed at how funny that turned out to be.

I came here to post the exact same thing.

Okay, from taking a quick glance at the comments I dare say that it looks like Kotaku Core actually works to filter most of the assholes! Well played you guys!

Yeah, I know that feeling...but Monster Hunter was my one true love, I even bought a PSP for it. I never mastered the game nor learned all its secrets, but it was fucking magical to play it and feel like a champ after felling your first Rathalos, only to realize he was easy compared to everything else.

It breaks my fucking heart to see Monster Hunter in that list and know that we will never get the HD re-release on the PS3 over here.

I won't mind any changes as long as I still get to gun down people while dressed as a clown once I get bored.

Well shit, I never thought I'd get to see the day when I would get my very own star. Thanks Dave, you are the man!

Shit man, just start a petition a I'll sign that fucker. Screw real state, you got a gift for this!
